Description

Experience Level: Intermediate
General information for the business: I want a staff handbook for manual therapy clinic eg Physiotherapy, Osteopath. For reception employees only
Industry: Healthcare
Description of support work: I would like a basic staff handbook template. I need it made so that others can insert or delete parts that are relevant to them. Eg a place to insert their logo, address etc. I need it to have all that is required for UK HR. It do not want it to be long and complicated and full of unnecessary jargon. I would like the areas where changes can be made to be in a different highlighted text so users can see they need to make changes to the template.

This document will be for therapists to down load as a template for them to customise. I have attached my current staff handbook to give you an idea of what I think needs including. I would however want someone who is fully conversant in UK HR and what should be in a handbook.

I want the document to be as simple as possible with easy to see text where alterations can be made or things added.

The handbook would most likely be used by receptionists employed by the therapist.

I want full rights for the document and it will be for others to use as a template.

If it is possible to do so I would like my logo put on the document (small and possible just as a footer) with a statement on copyright. By this I mean I do not want anyone who downloads it from me being able to claim it is their work and passing it on. Is it possible to set this so it cant be changed? I am unsure on this.
Extra notes: I will send my logo for insertion in the footer once I agree a job

I do not want to spend a large amount on this. I need a skeleton document with essentials in only.
