Description
Description of support work: Looking for an experienced recruiter who is confident in their ability to engage and recruit tradespeople to our ever expanding Trades Network.
We are www.pgs-services.co.uk and due to continual growth we're always in need of more self employed tradespeople to compliment our network and provide services to our customers.
PGS Services has a unique business model to present to trades people (see brief attached) which results in good recruitment success rates once prospective candidates are contacted. We are looking for someone who can find, contact and recruit these trades people.
We offer the recruiter £400 per placement. Conservative estimates indicate that 2 placements per week should be easily achievable, with an experienced recruiter probably making much more. There are no limits to the amount of placements per week that could be made.
Due to the nature of the work, this is a commission only role. Only those who are confident in their recruitment sales ability and who want to earn the most amount possible from their efforts need offer.
This is a new role in our company, and I truly believe that there is great potential to earn very well for the right person.

I submitted my proposal. I wanted to inquire do you require Skilled tradesman like Apprentice Plumbers, Sheet Metal Workers, Maintenance Mechanic, Journeyman Electricians and Skilled labors?

"Per placement" - What is considered as a placement?

A successful placement is considered complete once a trades person has been uploaded to our system and carried out 1to 10 paid jobs. £50 is paid to the recruiter upon the trade person completing one paid job, with another £350 once the tradesperson has completed 10 paid jobs.
To give you some idea, a tradesperson that uses the network full time completes between 15 to 25 jobs per week, and we currently have around 50 trades people on the network.
The tradesperson would need to have got through your vetting process, submitted copies of PL insurance, identification, CRB checks etc. Then he would be 'live' on the system and able to take jobs.
We just cover London at present.
