We are a small team of 25 people spread out across Sweden, UK and Malta offices. As a telecoms company, we specialise in international SMS transit delivery to over 800 mobile networks worldwide.
Sweden remains our HQ as our data centres and hardware / software / licenses are based there.
UK is the global sales front & Malta houses our network operations, tech support and carrier relations/regulatory teams.
From a small team of Swedish founders, the company has expanded to multi-nationality staff across 3 countries.
Due to the increasing need for recruitment, process and structural change, we require assistance in the areas below:
- transition stage of a new structure (some senior staff do not like the change and are causing productivity issues)
- set up HR framework which can be used across 3 countries
- internal staff communication standards
- design and roll out performance measures for staff
- establish work processes/maps for service delivery across business lines
- review/creation of contracts of employment
- review /creation of Policies & Procedures via Employee Handbook
- create recruitment framework/documents/evaluation
At the end of the day, the results we would like to achieve are:
- reduced operating risks where an absence of HR structure may lead to low employee productivity (not focused & dependent on one / two individuals)
- each employee has clear defined goals and objectives which are measurable year on year for self achievement & accountability to other colleagues
- preparation for future team growth in various parts of the world
