We are seeking short- and long-term "mystery shoppers" to visit and test our website, and call our business posing as ordinary and prospective customers. You must provide detailed evaluations of your experiences.
You will interact with our sales associates online and via telephone, ask about our services and subscription plans, and evaluate whether our associates were helpful, informative, friendly, and engaging. Evaluations of this nature must be submitted within 12 hours of each interaction.
Tasks include:
- Call our main customer service number.
- Register as a new user.
- Upgrade to a premium user.
- Evaluate usability of our service.
- Contact our Sales Department regarding pricing plans, guarantees, corporate/group discounts, and upgrading/downgrading.
- Contact our Support Department with technical problems.
- Contact our Learning Consultants regarding classroom services.
- Cancel a premium subscription.
- Completely close your account with our service.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and excellent English writing skills.
- Ability to check email daily.
- Experience with using web applications is preferred.
