We require a UK based telesales service on an ongoing basis to manage the early part of our Inbound Marketing Agency Outreach strategy from pre-cleansed data, although some enrichment will be required and updates to data from the call..
The Role & Sales Process
1. Day 0. - We connect with preselected personas on LinkedIn sales navigator
2. Day 1 - Once they accept we send them a thank you message and free resource and task them to re contact 13 days time based on persona type
3. Day 13 - we send another message in LinkedIn with a free resource
4. At day 17 we call them and qualify them via a specific qualification process (if we connect and they are a good fit we update the CRM and schedule a 2nd telephone appointment for our team) - if they are not a good fit we update the CRM and either dismiss or add to a remarketing funnel)
5. At Day 34 we rinse and repeat until we secure appointment over 377 days with 5 calls over a year.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: PLEASE READ
You must have the following skills as a minimum
1. A Minimum of 3 years telesales experience in B2B telesales (it is advantageous if you have sold marketing agency or digital marketing services but not essential)
2. Professional/engaging telephone manner (free from any strong regional accents) with strong sales qualification skills
3. Be able to think on your feet, find angles and unique engaging conversational points and apply recovery questions (we supply these) to maintain and develop further interest
4. Be well organised and be used to working with a controlled sales process and scripts/pre provided copy
5. Be able to update CRM systems and be well disciplined in time management
6. Be UK based and work between the hours of Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm only (hours flexible based on your requirement and availability)
7. Be comfortable in us recording your calls for training and compliance purposes.
8. You must be able to offer a full white label service to our agency using our software tools we provide you (no company branding from your side acceptable)
9. Your public profile on Facebook, Linkedin and other social channels should be professional and upto date, free from offensive content and acceptable as a professional B2B telemarketer, YES OUR CLIENTS WILL SEARCH YOU!!!!! before they agree to keep speaking with you.
10. You must attend a full days training at The SuccesHub in South Yorkshire as part of your training.
11. You must undertake and pass the HubSpot Inbound Sales Certification in your own time before starting or attending the on site training.
IMPORTANT NOTICE......please if you can't comply to these 11 points, do not waste ours or your own time in applying.....you have to check out on all 9, - 8/9 is no good.
We will pay a strong rate but we want the best and ones who thrive on success, motivation, drive and most important ones about getting results.
Full training will be given on systems and processes to help you be successful and this can be a full time position for the right candidate.
We are happy to take on 3 people to build our telesales outreach team.
