We have recently purchased a Cisco IP Phone for our office to utilise our VOIP which is provided from an external company Switch VOIP, from whom we have a username, password and ip/hostname. We don't using any other VOIP services or phones and are novice in this area, what we would like is someone who can provide email/im instructions on how to (A dummies guide) set the phone up, this will include installation and configuration.
