We are looking for a salesperson to follow up on warm leads we have coming in. We have approx. 15-20 leads per week, pre-qualified by telemarketing people with a good rate of conversion.

You will be required to call those leads, follow up, nourish and perhaps meet the potential clients to close the deal.

You will get full support from the MD and admin staff when required. We have the full sales process set up and a range of marketing materials and actions ready to support the sales.

While some of the work can be done from home, you will be required to spend the first 2 weeks in our London office in order to learn about the business and then a minimum of 2 days per week working from the office.

Remuneration can be either a percentage of the sale or a mix of a day rate and a percentage of the sale. We are open to discussions. Either way, we expect it to work out max. 15-20% of the sale value. The expected sales lever is £25-30k per month.

Previous experience in sales and some knowledge of the construction industry required.
