Description
Experience Level: Entry
We are looking for a individual to recruit participants to a series of community projects that we are delivering. We are looking to recruit 70 unemployed people (40 of which much live in Manchester) for a 10 part course based on radio skills (over 5 weeks). The people can come from any background and ideally be on some form of unemployment benefit.
We are looking for someone that will help recruit up to 20 Manchester based young (under the age of 19)people that identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual or trans. They will take part in a once-a-month activity programme again focused on radio.
The ideal person will be Manchester based and have a good understanding of the local area. It would also be preferable that they have an understanding of the LGB&T community. In total there is several days work between now and the end of March 2012.
