Thank you for your interest in working with us. We are a UK based Pan African development conglomerate.
As advertised, we are looking for a Call Center partner that will handle a critical aspect of our business development logistics. Our ideal partner will recruit and manage 5,000 agents who will work from home to perform various functions using our online platform which you will also have access for supervision purposes.
I have included the link: https://we.tl/t-k32bk7Gsw5 to an introductory video that will give you an idea of the job the 5,000 agents will be doing. We will ideally prefer that they live in the UK although might be flexible if you give us quality resources from other locations in developed countries.
We also have language requirements for the 5,000 agents covering 50% English, 30% French and 20% Arabic not excluding Amharic.
Your role as the managing call center partner will revolve around recruitment, training, supervision and administration.
