Experience Level: Intermediate
We are looking for a number of freelance IT engineers that are able to provide us with ad-hoc cover for customer support requests across London.
Ideally you will be self-employed, and competent within all things IT. You should know how to restore boot sectors on non booting windows installations, perform reinstalls of operating systems, be able to upsell, know how to configure routers and wireless devices and solve common virus issues using tools such as malwarebytes.
You should also be a clear English speaker with at least 4 years in the IT field.
You should be comfortable working on your own initiative but equally able to ask for help when needed.
Ideally you need experience in Windows SBS server 2008 and 2011 and exchange.
Jobs are issued to engineers on a first to answer scenario.
Engineers will need to complete a non disclosure and sign our contract agreement.
