Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
I have .dll and .com files for a T24 wireless sensor hub as well as the declarations, and descriptions of the functions and subs in the integration instructions.
I'm looking for assistance to write the vba code only to allow me to collect force data from a load cell and deflection data from a potentiometer. All the hardware works together so there aren't any compatibility issues.
As I understand it the VBA will need to :
initialise the DLL,
set the callback,
Open the USBPort,
BIND (Pairing) the Basestation including check for connection and disconnection of the Basestation periodically.
Call the data from the two sensors via the Basestation
Write that data into two columns in worksheet
and to update a graph lines in a chart (XY Scatter) in real time as the data feeds in.
In addition, the usual documentation within the code and inclusion of checks and error reporting in case things go wrong.
