I have 2 applications (call logger and a call recorder) on one instance in GC and a phone system on another (3CX).
Both are on the same network, ports have also been opened on firewall. I have tried disabling windows firewall. I can ping between both servers.
This is probably very simple but the two pieces of software cannot talk to the phone system.
If it was one application I would think that was the cause but there must be a reason why something is stopping the applications from finding each other.
I don’t have enough network knowledge to use Wireshark to diagnose. Was hoping someone can help.
