YOU MUST BE BASED IN THE UK TO TAKE UP THIS JOB. Virtual assistant, general admin, website maintenance, email answering and spreadsheet maintenance.
PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS JOB IF YOU ARE NOT FLEXIBLE (WORKING FROM HOME), HARD WORKING AND ABLE TO MULTITASK. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS JOB IF YOU ARE NOT AVAILABLE MONDAY- SUNDAY ON A VARIABLE BASIS (i.e. 5 minute phone call here, 1 minute email there). Generally you will have to communicate with the directors up to 10pm (if required) as we finish work around 7pm and run the business independent of our daily work. You will be part of a successful and growing business moving at a fast pace with bonuses available depending on work progress.
My business partner and I run a highly successful aesthetics business. We are both surgeons with busy schedules and need someone who is able to multitask and undertake the following tasks:
- BASIC Maintenance of our website (Wordpress)- we have a website/ marketing team who will undertake more complex maintenance (E.g. coding etc). You must be able to use wordpress, add discount codes, add treatment dates etc
- Answering common email enquiries from clients (we will train you to understand our business and be able
- Sending and receiving Paypal invoices for clients
- Designing spreadsheets and using google drive
- Using mail chimp to send out offers/emails to our mailing list
You must be able to design emails with mail chimp, use word, use excel, be organised, be creative and be flexible with working.
You will also be in constant contact with the 2 directors of the business on a daily basis and small requests will need to be carried out. YOU MUST HAVE WHATSAPP and be able to use it.
THERE ARE NO DEFINED HOURS FOR THIS JOB. SOMEDAYS THE JOB WILL REQUIRE NO WORKING HOURS AND SOME DAYS IT WILL BE 2 WORKING HOURS. WE WILL PAY FOR 40 HOURS PER MONTH AND YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LOG YOUR HOURS.
