We are a small digital agency based in Soho, London and work predominantly in the international film industry, so a passion for film and media is an advantage.
We currently have an opportunity for a freelance Web Content Co-ordinator to work on our Clients’ key content management systems (CMS).
The Skills & Abilities
- Design, layout and artworking of creative files at an intermediate level.
- Liaising with customers, clients and suppliers.
- Managing main content of websites within a content management system.
- Uploading and assigning new content to websites.
- Creating thumbnails, view imagery and applying descriptions to new content.
- Ensure all sites are regularly maintained and up to date with the latest content.
- Manage main users of the websites.
- Answering 'Help' issues, and dealing with client/customer queries.
- Checking and testing websites for broken links, errors, bugs on a regular basis.
- Liaising and reporting of technical problems and issues to website development team.
- Preparing statistical report documents.
- Sending weekly mail-outs.
- Working on projects and testing of new website implementations.
- Basic knowledge of FTP Software (Fetch / Transmit).
Software & Platform Expertise:
- Good knowledge of design applications such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign).
- Good knowledge of technical interfaces with Mac and PC skills.
- Basic knowledge of FTP Software (Fetch / Transmit).
- Email/Internet Packages (inc. Chrome/Firefox/Safari).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word / Excel / Powerpoint.
- Basic understanding of web analytics and search engine optimization techniques preferred.
Comfort with a variety of communication and collaboration tools such as Slack and Trello.
This is not a design or content creation role, but technical skills working with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) and a CMS, as well as good written skills are desired. Additional training will be provided on the CMS along with provision of user guides for the systems, plus any additional creative training in-house. This role requires you to work on-site at our agency office in our central London location.

- Hours of Work: 9.30am - 6.00pm (days to be confirmed)
- Experience Level: Intermediate
- Coverage would be needed for a couple of days a week from March into May, following an initial three-week trial.
