Consolidating and clearing up a contacts spreadsheet of 1,500 individuals

PLEASE READ THIS EMAIL IN FULL AND RESPOND WITH A QUOTE FOR THE ENTIRE WORK BEFORE SENDING OUT. I WILL REPLY BEFORE TUESDAY.
I want to collate all of my contacts into one place and remove (or highlight) any duplicates so that I end up with a clean database of contracts (currently called 130315 Latest telephone numbers WITH 1,500 NUMBERS).
Can you submit a proposal to save that document as a new document and do the following:
Step 1: Can you add the 1,000 LinkedIN connections (document: LinkedIN Connections 01032015) into the spreadsheet (document Sales Contacts 150315)? Make sure that:
1. All details are in the correct column
2. The “notes” section says “LinkedIN connection" for all of these contacts
3. Any duplicates are highlighted (we will delete them, but for now let’s highlight them)
4. If there are additional details for a contact that is already included then please add it i.e. if there is an email address or telephone number that I do not already have then incorporate the new email address into the contact
Step 2: The 1,000 emails in the folder "clients.zip" are from contacts that I would like to be incorporated (or check that are incorporated already ).
1. Check whether their email address is already included.
2. If already in the spreadsheet, add in the "notes" the word “Client”
3. If not already included, please add as much information as you can find i.e. name, address etc from the email or email signature
4. Any other emails within the email can also be included.
Step 3: Add the 390 contacts in Sales Contacts (document Sales Contacts 15032015) into the spreadsheet. These are not in the format of the contact list.
1. Again check whether their email address is already included or ensure no duplication afterwards
2. If already in the spreadsheet, add in the "notes" the word “Pipeline contact”
3. If not already included, please add as much information as you can find from the spreasheet
It is important that all duplicates are highlighted or (if all contact details are EXACTLY the same) then the contact can be removed.
Finally: After this task, I have another folder that I would like to send with emails. For now let's see how this relationship works out.
I appreciate that there is a lot of work here. However, if you are willing to provide a quote for this work I would be very grateful. If you could also let me know a timescale in which a final version could be provided then I will send you the excel spreadsheets. If you find after you receive the excel spreadsheets that your quote needs to change please let me know sooner rather than later.
