1. read emails and summarise each email thread into 1-2 lines outlining the business activity (& saving email into pdf file for back up)
2. take contact information from emails and put into spreadsheet
3. produce business activity summary report per each month and each quarter (5 quarters) on powerpoint
I estimate the time to be somewhere around 25-40 hours depending on the proficiency of the writer. This can be done on part time basis and spread out over 4 weeks.
The renumeration offers an additional contingent $1,500 bonus for the right candidate.
