Description
Experience Level: Expert
ABOUT US:
1. We are an eCommerce business, with products listing on Amazon, eBay, and our website. We are located in USA (Phoenix, Arizona).
2. Sellbrite is our inventory database.
3. We stock approximately 2300 SKU's.
4. We currently sell on Amazon.Com. We are looking to perfect our catalog data on Amazon, and display it across Amazon.Com, Amazon.Ca, and Amazon.Mx. Our data is already written and ready. We only need technical assistance with copy/sync/cleanup withing Amazon.
PROJECT ONE:
1. Our personal catalog data (in Sellbrite) is clean and organized.
2. We mostly "piggyback" off existing Amazon listings. Much listing data on Amazon is bad. Bad titles. Bad description. Bad English. Bad "bullet points". Bad images.
3. I would like someone to copy/bulk-upload and publish our Sellbrite data to Amazon.
4. For data that does not auto-update, you will then request Amazon Customer Service updates to our data.
PROJECT TWO:
1. We have accounts for Amazon.Com, Amazon.Ca, and Amazon.Mx. For existing SKU/ASIN, inventory is sync'd in Sellbrite.
2. I would like you to generate matching listings for Amazon.Ca and Amazon.Mx. Amazon.Mx can be auto-translated using a free service, such as Google Sheets Translate service.
PROJECT THREE:
1. With all of our "good data" filled in, I will pay for you to do additional data cleanup. This will include "creating new cases" to request Amazon fixes listings.
2. You will "create new cases" at Amazon customer service, to "merge duplicate ASIN".
3. When Amazon's algorithm doesn't automatically accept our "clean data", you will "create new cases" at Amazon customer service, to request our data entry be used to display in the listing.
4. During this process, we will use spreadsheets to communicate specific requests. In example, I will issue a spreadsheet to communicate ASIN #'s that need to be merged.
NOTES:
1. I am willing to pay for the "labor" involved in this job.
2. I understand that the bulk-update will return errors. I will pay for your time to manually fix/update these errors.
3. We catalog 100-200 new produts per week. If this works properly, I will pay to have you do this job one time per week. This will include the generation of new listings on Amazon.Com, and then copy/sync to Amazon.Ca and Amazon.Mx.
4. In addition, we will be looking for similar "sync service" to expand to Mercado Libre and other international marketplace channels.
