Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
The UK has a number of house price indices (Nationwide, Land Registry, FT etc etc).
This project is to identify all these indices (or at least the main 5-6 indices) and to write a word document describing for each index what the index measures, the time period it covers for average UK house prices, a chart with the data of average national house prices (and supporting data in a spreadsheet). There then needs to be a summary section which discusses what the difference is between the different indices and why they give slightly different results.
In the past the FT has written about this and so finding these previous articles would be valuable.
Document should be in Word. Sources need to be identified and listed.
Thanks
