Data to include: Welcome to the HRmash.com video recruitment system research project.
You have been asked to follow the process that a real job candidate would follow if they were applying for a job. Many employers are now starting to use video interviews as part of the application process and HRmash want to get some first hand research feedback on all areas of the process.
You are playing the part of the candidate and will be asked 5 short questions. Please answer these honestly and naturally. The system will guide you through the process so please do not worry about what to do next. It should all be obvious! Including how long you have, practice questions, support details etc.
Once you have completed the process please take a few notes as once you have completed all three (3) job applications you will then need to write a 500 word blog post about your experience.
Thank you for you participation and good luck!
Extra notes: Once you have completed your three interviews please write an informative but conversation style review of the process. You can refer to the questions to guide your thinking but please also add your own views and considerations as both a candidate and a writer.
Please do not state any of the systems by name and try to refer to them in a generic nature e.g. system 1 was faster than systems 2 and 3. If you would like to include any of your video answers as part of your post we will see if this is possible. We will be able to give you access to each of your answers for you to refer to when you write your post and to decide if you want to use them.
You final posts will be reviewed and used as decided on the HRmash blog, within the buyers guide and maybe by some of the vendors as part of their own marketing. Your names will not however be included apart from your first name. Once the project has been completed your details will be deleted from each system.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
In addition to the blog post please also do a short review of the specific vendor and how each compared against each other. I have increased the price to allow for this.
