I am looking to enter the property market in Leeds and need to find out which areas offer the best rental demand (i.e where is likely to easily rent and perhaps where to avoid) + rental yields (10%+ is what I am after so if it is a 60k property the yearly rent should be 6k) . I am looking for terraced 2/3 bedroom houses which cost 50/70 thousand pounds which can be found in the following postcodes (LS11 + LS8 + LS9) they must be within 2 miles radius from Leeds citycentre.

I would like a virtual assistant who can call at least 10 letting agents and to find out everything their is about the Leeds rental market and how easily it is to rent in the above postcodes LS11 + LS8 + LS9 and where is the best place to buy reasonable priced properties (circa60k) which can rent no problem and generate a 10% yield.

You can explain to the letting agent that you are new to the business and after an honest opinion from a skilled professional (the letting agent) as want to make sure you don't buy somewhere which will not rent or yield.

So the job is to call 10 letting agents and to find out about the postcodes above and to see if you can get any more helpful info and good places to source these high yielding high in Tennant demand properties within 2 miles of Leeds city centre.

So I would like someone who is confident on the phone and polite who will be able to build rapport and get the info needed from the letting agents in Leeds
