Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
I have regained possession of a property with immediate effect via a section 21/section 8 in County Court last week.
The property concerned has been empty now for approximately 6 months (except for the tenants possessions) and we have been unable to contact the tenant (who wasn't at court) it's almost as if she's disappeared off the face of the earth.
So having said that we're fairly certain we will need to employ bailiffs (hopefully County Court) to finish the process off.
I have been using a firm to do the section 8 and section 21 notices plus the County Court stuff and their prices were fairly reasonable but on this last stage which I believe is applying to the County Court, Bailiffs etc. they seem a bit expensive so can anybody help

I you have gained possession, then you can enter the property lawfully. You dont need bailiffs or extra applications. Why do you believe you do?
Mick W.21 Jan 2019Because the tenants possessions (furniture) are still there and she hasn't gave us any indication she has left despite not living in the property for 6 months so I believe the next stage is bailiffs
