Hello,
UK Property Solicitor for Company Lets on Residential Properties
Accept to execute on about 4 to 10 per month so regular and consistent work.
The solicitor work is VERY limited as simple hold investors finder fee element in client account to ensure we are finder are NOT cut and not paid our fee for providing this finder service.
We wish for a UK solicitor to assist us with completing company lets on residential properties, whereby our investors deposit 'finder fee' into UK solicitor secure client account, thereby ensuring we can give full contact details of Landlord/Agents managing the residential property in the knowledge that if the investor wishes to execute the company let for the property we are paid our finder's fee and if unsuitable for investor then finder fee's is returned minus the solicitor's fee for providing secure in holding the finder fee in the client account for the short period of around 2 to 7 days.
