Description
Experience Level: Expert
We are an online food directory that lists detailed information about the ingredients and nutritional content of food and drinks sold in supermarkets, and some take-aways. The site launched to consumers earlier this year and is designed to help anyone track down the right products for their special dietary, allergen and intolerance requirements.
We are looking to contract the services of a qualified solicitor with a good track record in the area of Intellectual Property.
The legal professional would be required to represent the Company with its current TM application and prepare a solid defence for the current objection raised after the Trade Marks office provisional approval. This project will entail a retrospective analysis, preparation of defence, related advice, representation, negotiations and associated Legal Documentation.
