Description of legal work: The role will provide general administrative assistance and support to the Legal Recruiting team, for all aspects of attorney recruitment in the United States.
Responsibility include the following;
• sourcing candidates through a range of different resources;
• receive, pre-screen and process all inquiries regarding hiring of new associates, lateral associates, staff attorneys, and possibly law clerks;
• developing a good understanding of our clients industry, what they do and their work culture and environment;
• briefing the candidate about the job responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question;
• organising interviews for candidates as requested by the legal team;
• informing candidates about the results of their interviews;
Experience and skills requirements
• college degree or equivalent work experience in human resource;
• enthusiastic and professional phone manner and positive attitude when dealing with potential candidates;
• strong Internet research & PC skills;
• excellent verbal and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills and ability to translate client needs into Haven Legal offerings
• high initiative, self-motivated and results-oriented individual;
The position will requires at least one hour of work per day with a total of five hours a week, however more work can be given to the right candidate.
