Description
Experience Level: Expert
Estimated project duration: Not sure
For obvious reasons I will not disclose the company name that we are having a legal dispute with currently – For reference purposes I will call them DevCom. The additional third party company I refer to in this I will refer to as IntList.
In October 2016 we reached out to DevCom and discussed with them about developing a front end system that integrates with IntList to allow our customers to personalise their items using a series of different tools – text, picture upload – etc.
DevCom have failed to delivery to date and they have been paid in excess of £11,000. Please see full specfication for breakdown / full situation.
We need to know the following:
1 – Are we liable for the remainder? Or can we just walk away.
2 – Can we get our money back from them?
3 – Can we sue them for loss of earnings / growth.
