We need legal advice relating to a subcontractor poaching a client and also the action we can take against the client under our agreement with them.
Subcontractor had worked for us for 3 days per week for the last 3 years. She had been assigned to this particular client in July 2010 and attended their premises for 1.5 days each week. The subcontractor invoiced us and we invoiced the client. She then emailed us on Tuesday afternoon (26th July) to say she had been offered a full-time position with them and was starting on 1st August.
The client hasnt even informed us of the termination of our services.
