Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
We are looking for a Direct Access Barrister or Solicitor to deal with this matter.
I am being cheated of both my business, the premises and lease and the landlord has illegally shut my business down and even refused to even give me the keys to my own shop despite the fact that I am not in arrears.
Despite numerous attempts to gain access to my shop and letters to both the landlord and he’s solicitors (see attached) the landlord has just ignored me and forcefully carried on working in the shop, and on a few occasions called the police out for trespassing and the police have asked them to leave and then they return a few days later.
It has been about 8 weeks now that we have not been able to trade and to be honest I am frustrated, scared of the landlord and really lost interest in that shop now as I have to start it all up as if it were a new business. What I want from you is to tell us what we can sue the landlord form for as he has destroyed my business and also issue the relevant court paper as a matter of urgency. We are looking for a fixed fee option to dealing with this case. Please follow the instructions carefully and download all correspondence and a copy of the contract from the link below :
