Hi, thanks for your invitation. But £100 fee is not in any way a 'high value job'. The only way you can request correction of your credit file is if you do it yourself. Credit bureaus would not entertain approaches from anyone else. Have you had any court judgement made against you in this?
Za A.04 Feb 2019Hi,
Sorry I didn't realize you where only interested in high valued projects. Thanks for the advice. No ccj registered, credit agency not able to amend need to contact company which I have but wanted to contact them from a legal perspective as they marked my file with a default incorrectly.
ThanksLow cost Legal ..04 Feb 2019Hi, its not that I don't look at smaller value jobs, its just that PPH seem to think it is 'high value' and it costs 3 credits to send you a proposal. I'm rather afraid that you do not have any legal basis for any claim or action, because you haven't actually suffered any loss. Any letter writing to them by a Lawyer would just be a fruitless exercise.
