Description
Intestate deceased, Mother to be Administrator, needs help applying to the Probate Registry for a Grant of Letters of Administration, and then dealing with the estate.
We have death certificate - the deceased was not married and had no issue, so mother will inherit.
What else do you need to know to provide your bid?
Thank you

Only a registered Solicitor with a practicing certificate or a Licenced Probate Practitioner can handle this for you, otherwise it is a criminal offence. Have you looked locally for a low cost solicitor?

What is the value of the deceased estate? What does the estate consist of? Any assets abroad & if so what & where.? Any brothers or sisters living or dead also first cousins, aunts & uncles? Are any of these likely to contests the Probate process or object to mother obtaining Grant of Probate? Did the deceased die of natural causes, result of criminal activity die in uk, AS result of accident, suicide? Were the deceased affairs with HMRC all in order & straight forward. Where any life policies held written in trust? Did they owe much money or have a mortgage?
