The Small corner shop paid £9k for the electricity bill to Npower and complaint the meter fault. Finally change the supplier to E.on. Then Npower send another £9k bill. Now thier solicitor ask another £4k in addition to the Npoer bill. A rep from Tower uitility Ltd who helped to change the supplier in the past, came forward to assist and charged £1000. They did nothing and made the situation worse! Complaint was made to Npwer but they reject it and advised to go to Ombudsman services. Already one Court hearing took place in Nov 2014 and Judge ask to come for settlement. I rejected the offer from N power solicitor of £1,000 per month and a charge on the house. But I offered £4500 by credit card and £300 per month to pay uptp £9k. In the mean time Npower shold proof the faulty meter reading is correct. Npower Solicitor(Ingrams Solicitors) did not reply but issue a court order on 20th Feb 2015. Need a leagl assistant to get a reasonbale settelement with Npower or represnet at Court in London to assist with hearing. Many Thanks
