Our small organisation with 6,000 members needs to ensure it is GDPR complaint. We hold postal addresses and emails for our members. They have implicitly given consent to be contacted by paying a membership subscription. They also have an option (which only a tiny number action) to unsubscribe. We don't want to lose contact with people who are relying on us to keep them up to date with campaign news. Below is a basic audit of our current situation. We want to ensure we are complaint without spending a fortune, or building an unnecessary "big organisation" infrastructure. Given that most of our people are volunteers or subcontract suppliers and we are widely dispersed a site visit is not envisaged. It's all email and phone. Given the 25 May deadline, we need somebody who is available this month.
