Description of legal work: I am looking for a Solicitor or Barrister that can represent me in the County Court. The value of my Claim is £46,475.00 and will therefore be allocated to the multi-track.
I need a Solicitor or Barrister that can represent me on the following basis. I am prepared to lodge £400 with 'People Per Hour' with a promise to pay the Solicitor or Barrister a further £1,900 (i.e. 5% of Claim) if I win my case in the County Court.
The matter is regarding bailiffs and the local authority and concerns the unlawful seizure, removal and selling of a vehicle which resulted in great personal and economical losses to myself.
Up until this point I have done everything myself i.e. research case law, research precedents and issued/filed the claim myself. The Claim is being defended and I am now at the stage where I have to complete and file the Directions Questionnaire. However; 80% or more of the work has already been done (As you will see when you read my witness statement). I just need a Solicitor or Public Access Barrister to argue and articulate my case in Court.
I should think that the Court Hearing will take place at the Bow County Court in Stratford, East London in the next 2 to 3 months time.
As I said in my first paragraph above, my Claim is worth in excess of £46,000.00 (Forty Six Thousand pounds) and I have an extremely strong claim/case!
Once again, I am looking for a Solicitor or Barrister that can represent me for a fee based on 5% (i.e. about £2,300) of my Claim. I can place a £400 deposit with PPH and the £1,900 balance will be paid if I win my Claim.
Please leave PM if interested and I will let you look at my claim and then my full witness statement in order for you to see whether you could represent me on the above basis.
I will not reply to any public messages regarding this matter. I will only reply via PMB.
