Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Please see the attached document as a guideline to a contract we would like to be constructed for all of our paying customers.
Once evaluated, please could a quote sent to us before we agree to go ahead with this work and payment?
It should be pretty self-explanatory but if you have any queries please do not hesitate to ask. Furthermore, if any of the below points cannot be achieved then please advise us as we want to create a contract which benefits us as much as possible.
Essentially, when we receive a new customer I send them an email with a sign up link to our direct debit system, Go Cardless.
Alongside the link we want to send them a ‘terms and conditions’ document which will include all of the conditions for the Direct Debit.
This includes:
- The customer will be debited on or around the 27th of each month. Rory wants this to be the case even if the licenses for the customer were installed part way through the month (is this possible?)
- We hold a one month’s cancellation fee (this is so that they can’t say cancel on the 25th and we miss out on that month’s bill)
- The direct debit will have no end date until the customer instructs us to cancel their licenses
- The amount of the direct debit is subject to the licenses/service installed and quantity
- The customer can afford to pay the direct debit and if payment cannot be sought then their services will be terminated
- We abide by all data protection laws
I look forward to receiving your analysis.
Kind regards,
