We have service issues come in by email and phone – we also want to make it possible for people to create cases over the website through an enquiry form.
They need to all go against the relevant customer as a case (which I understand we will have to do manually).
As soon as a case is entered up, our Operations Manager needs to have an alert emailed to him.
The customer also need to have a email sent to them telling them we’ll be in touch shortly.
The Operations Manager needs to be able to log-in (he does not have an account yet), call the customer, sort the issue, and then reply to the customer.
An email then needs to automatically go to the customer asking if they were happy with the service they got, would they recommend us to a friend and get a £10 voucher? Where will this information go so we can use it?
