Could you help us to create a dashboard with all our key KPI's in a Power BI dashboard?
We are an IT managed service provider and currently use zendesk for all our ticketing, I find the built in reporting a bit clunky and hoped someone could create something really useful and slick using Zendesk linked with powerbi.
We are particularly interested in the following KPI's:
Engineers:
Tickets solved Today
Tickets updated Today
Tickets solved Yesterday
Tickets updated Yesterday
Average response time to tickets (from client messaging to us responding) this week
Tickets solved this week
Tickets solved this month.
Time on Tickets today in hours (using zendesk time tracker)
Time on Tickets yesterday
Time on Tickets this week (mon-sunday)
Time on Tickets this month
Tickets reopened.
By Client:
Total tickets by company per month
Total time on tickets by company per month
Total tickets by company per week
Total time on tickets by company per week
Total tickets per user per month
Total time on tickets by user per month
Total tickets by user per week
Total time on tickets by user per week
Average response during working hours
I'd like to be able to check any period for these metrics also, so last 3 months etc or a custom range if possible. You may have done this before, so some other metrics you might recommend!
