Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
General information for the business: Marketing Agency
Kind of support: Email
Description of support work: Hello,
I've recently bought a new PC. I'm running Outlook 2016. I need to set up 2 x Gmail accounts and one MSN mail account in it AND most importantly, be able to use one of my Gmail calendars through outlook. I successfully managed to do this on my home PC and my laptop but for some reason cannot get it working on my office PC. I can installed the Gmail mail accounts and i can add the Gmail calendar .ics link . This adds the calendar but just shows everything as busy and won't let me add / remove things from the calendar. Note: this is not just a case of changing the sharing settings in google calendars. I know this because I already have two PC's successfully set up. It is something specific to this PC which is the problem. I think it may have something to do with the msn account which is connected to my 365 subscription. I am looking for someone to dial in to the PC and resolve the issue rather than going back and forth with someone over email.
