I have tried to set up a very simple support desk process in Jira, but we have had issues and are not familiar with the software.
I would like someone to help set the support desk up so that customers see instant messages that their issue has been received. I would also like Jira setup so that when our support email address is in copy then the log in Jira is updated.
We have access to the domains, email accounts and Jira. I am the admin and we can upgrade if required.
