Imaging software Windows Deployment Software (WDS)
System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
Building and management of pc / laptop devices
DHCP / DNS / TCPIP
Understanding the ITIL lifecycle (not essential)
Integrity and honesty
Relationship building at all levels of the organisation and externally
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Self-motivation and commitment to the business – gets things done
Ability to use own initiative
