Description of support work: I am trying to install a Dell T430 Server With Windows Server 2016 from an ISO on a USB Key using the Life Cycle controller.
Have downloaded the Driver updates from ftp.dell.com and initialising the raid (Raid 5 - 3x600GB) I then select the option to deploy the OS. However I get the message "Media not found" no matter which USB Port I chose. (see screenshot)
The USB Drive and Media must be OK because I can install Server 2016 by booting from the USB Key and installing it manually without the Lifecycle Controller.
Extra notes:

most vendor install software is there to help install OS with minimal hassle as it knows what prerequisites to get frm vendor e.g. firmware, drivers but you can do this manually get everything onto a CV/DVD and stick it in before boot then do manual install yourself. if you need further help let me know

Have you tried without going through the dell software?
