Kind of support: Security
Description of support work: Hello.
We have a number of clients that are preparing for the approaching GDPR regulations. They have web applications which they use for e-commerce, or business management (e.g. CRM systems). We require advice and consultancy so we can better understand the regulations and work with our clients to meet them.
We would like advice that is understandable, practical and filtered. We don't want a link to the ICO website thank you.
Looking forward to working with you!

One way round this Philip is to have a thought leadership/white paper document written. You could then publish it on your website or send it to a sub-section of clients. You could also use the research materials, writing references provided to largely self actualise after that?
I'm not sure that any notion of someone being on call actually works for anyone other than lawyers, who charge approximatelyPhilip A.08 May 2017
Hi Francis, I think I'm ready to accept one of the proposals I've had. Thank you for your efforts, but looks like I'm sorted.

Oh sorry to disturb, the system doesn't show what people are 'thinking'. I managed a similar system for a client looking at MiFID over the past 7-10 days but I appreciate that one size doesn't fit all
Hi Philip, in what format do you see the advice being given.. written, one-to-one.. other? It's not clear what how you are expecting your clients to be advised/serviced in this instance?Philip A.03 May 2017
Just need someone to do a Skype call, explain the basics of the regs, answer questions.Francis E.04 May 2017
Great, but it's legislation and as you have rightly pointed out one size doesn't fit all re issues and their solutions. Is this a current specific requirement or you just need someone to doscuss matters with as and when..?
