We, Blushing Bride Photography, are experiencing severe email problems. Our email account is hosted by one.com. For some time now we have been receiving a very high level of spam email. I can't help but think that in someway we have been adversely affected (blacklisted?) by this in that firewalls are blocking our emails reaching the person we are emailing. I can't even send emails to members of my own team. I would say this is affecting around 50% of our emails out-going & who knows re: emails coming in. We rely on emails mostly for customer sales so this is a problem we need fixed. Looking for an email expert please who can liaise with One.com on our behalf. The only solution would be to create new email accounts and redirect the old emails to one particular new email id at least this way you will not miss out on incoming emails. White listing your email accounts in all servers will take way long, maybe months or a year, we can't control this, we can only request it. So it is futile.
