Description
Needs
1. Review of current layout and change of formulas etc as needed. More conditions will need to be added to the project information sheet of the template.
2. Implementation of a database other that the template's date. Excel Workbook
3. Ability to Line Item price portions of work that make up the lump sum pricing.
4. Ability to price multiple products at the same time without creating another spreadsheet for each product.
5. Combine both estimate templates attached to achieve one for all products and services. The major difference between the 2 is the type of materials. The EST_18184.01 is the design that is working the best and is the latest template, yet it only works for our landscape products and not the sports.
Project duration is flexible because I believe there will be things on my end that will need to be thought about and implemented to achieve finished results.
My estimate spreadsheets are too large to attach but you can view them here. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/16vOr-FefEkKHPXC7M7qc32nebxJ9aTJ3?usp=sharing

Dear Korey,
I have examined your workbooks and they indeed contain a lot of data, can you please clarify the following :
1. Regarding the database, do you need the data to be retrieved from the online excel database or are you just willing to store it there and download it for use as needed ?
2. Could clarify what you mean by "Ability to Line Item price portions of work that make up the lump sum pricing."
3. When you say you want the ability to price multiple products at the same time, what do you mean ? From what I understood, you install artificial turfs and this is you only product ? Do you mean the case where someone might need a quote for two or more turfs installed ?
4. Is your preference for Excel only related to the fact that you are using Mac or there are other reasons to stick to it ? Would you be open for other solutions that work on Mac ?
Best regards,
