Description
Experience Level: Entry
So right now I'm pulling files from a internal sharepoint and copying the data into templates that have formulas that manipulate the data. I'm adding data each week for the current month and move on to the next month until we have a permanent database/table that holds the data.
I created a template where I want to paste the files into their monthly tabs. Goal is to have a macro that pulls all the data from each tab and combines it all under one output file so I can drop it in a dropbox location so its picked up by a listener and moved into sql server and a table is created so I can manipulate the data from there until I get that permanent database created.
In order for the dropbox to work correctly, I need the headers formatted.
I need the headers formatted where there is no special characters and no spaces. Ex. Document Type Audit should be DocumentTypeAudit. Date (YYMMDD) should be DATEYYMMDD.
There are 10 different files I'm pulling so the header count is dynamic; the header counts are not always the same . The template can be used for all the files since Im pasting the data in them but I need the ability to save the output files with
