Hi,
I need to produce a worklist manager/tracker with a calendar view - to be used by managers to track work items they or their direct reports have to deliver. Hope you will be able to help. My requirements are as follows:
1) A sheet which allows the user to list the work items they / their delegates have on their "to-do" list. Each item will consist of the follow detail - 'owner', 'start date', 'end date', 'item type', 'priority' etc. I would also like there to be a simple form which allows users to add new items to this list on this page.
2) A 'calendar' view of all worklist items per owner. This will reflect all of the worklist items in the months they are due to be delivered as per the start date and end date (similar to a gantt chart). Note: when items are completed, i would want them greyed out or removed from the calendar.
Note - if it is considerably more difficult to use 'start date' and 'end date' to deliver the above, I am happy to use one strict delivery date (i.e. the end date only).
I have started this document and tried to continue but I think i will need some help due to the complexity. Your input on how to improve it is also welcomed.
