Description
Experience Level: Entry
Excel spreadsheet formula required and complete approx. 35 rows with the formula
Looking for someone with good working knowledge of excel who can produce a spreadsheet with a formula on to show rents due on each given date.
Some rents are paid in advance and some in arears. We have a spreadsheet for each (arrears and advance) with the rental amount shown in green on the day it is due.
1 page of the workbook named is working in advance and the payment reducing after the payment date (green cell amount)
1 page of the workbook is working in arrears and the payment increasing after the payment date (green cell amount)
We have a spreadsheet set up with days of the month in columns – This is set layout which we cannot change.
We would need to be able to calculate the due on each day of the month dependant whether the tenant pays in arrears or advance.
For example.
1. Right PLUS days - If a payment is made in Advance
2. Right MINUS days -For the payments made in Arrears
The box with the amount in and coloured green is the monthly rental amount and is in on the date paid.
The amount in Column “A” is the daily rate at which the amount must increase or decrease by (depending whether payments are made in advance or arrears)
Please look at the attached sheet and see if you would be able to carry out the task and please advise by email the cost and the timescale for the work.
We are looking to get this carried out within the next 24 hours so please only contact if you are competent in excel and can complete the work within the timescale.
Thanks Dave
