Description
Experience Level: Entry
General information for the business: Sales Business
Description of excel work: I need an Excel spreadsheet where I can keep track of the following statistics:
Call Stats
BD Calls
Jobs On
CV's Sent
Interviews
Placements
And a TOTAL collum (for the week)
These need to be recorded for each weekday and for each staff member (currently 6)
I also need a graph which automatically updates to show the ratio from BD Calls to Jobs on AND another that shows the ratio between CV's Sent to Interviews and Interviews to placements
I would also like another if possible to keep track of these figures on an ongoing basis, rather than week by week
Design and target audience: Internal
Extra notes: Needs to be very easy to read and update - I want it to be simple to update and understand
I have attached a sample that I tried to put together, I want it to look much nicer, doesn't need to be in this order, just clear
