we are an IT Hardware sales company and this workbook is split into sheets that contain several columns one each for product number, description, retail price, trade price, cost, notes regarding product, condition etc.
When sales people want to send a customer a sales list they have edit this list to hide cost price and notes. Can we have another excel workbook that is automatically updated with only relevant columns i.e just taking the part number description and condition and price.

Hope You are well . Here I studied your post and your requirements , I think you should use a online spredsheet like google sheet. where all data will be uploaded and can be hidden as you desire, also the customars only can view this won't edit .
