I am doing a research project for 3D printing. I printed models in different orientations. I printed 15 models for each orientation and took measurement. For each of the following properties we will want to determine if there are any significant differences between the Hausdorff distances for the four groups: Solid Horizontal, Solid Vertical, Hollow Horizontal and Hollow Vertical. I don't know what statistical test to use, because I'm assuming it would depend on whether the data is normally distributed, . If normally distributed, and ANOVA might be appropriate? I would like to see what you think is best. These are not matched pairs, i.e. Solid Horizontal 1 does not have a special correspondence with Solid Vertical 1, any more than Solid Vertical 10. For the Transverse dimension measurements of U3-3 and U6-6, we want to know if there are any significant differences between each of the four printing groups, and the reference measurements from the reference mesh. I was also thinking maybe a bland-altman plot just so I can have some graphs to show. Curious of your opinion and wondering if you can do this for me. Also what would your deadline of how soon it could be done. Thank you for your time and help!
