Hi,
I'm looking for someone who may be able to help with digital agency and their reporting / dashboard needs.
It seems Supermetrics is the easiest way to integrate this (although open to suggestions), and there are the following requirements:
- Overview Dashboard that list out all client accounts, and their respective metrics for 1) Facebook Ads and 2) Google Adwords.
- This overview Dashboard, need to have internal targets within it, from a budget and CPA perspective - it would then show how close we are to those targets, and the budget remaining and daily budget to the end of the month
- This needs to have custom comparison periods, so we can look at things like CPA, CTR this month v last, last 7 days v last month etc..
- Need to be able to break that data down by various filters (For Facebook, this would be Campaign, Placements, Gender, Age etc..)
- Essentially we are looking at this as a tool for us to use to get a full overview on performance, and insights as to where is best to optimise, and are open to suggestions on how you may have done this before.
- A point to note on this, is that some clients have different conversion metrics on their account, so we would need a way of a) specifying this and b) adding some of these together to get a true CPA
- The other issue could be that campaigns underneath accounts also often have different conversion metrics they are being optimised to, so a way of handling this needs to be part of this.
We would need to see example of previous experience with at least one of Supermetrics, Google Data Studio, digital marketing reporting.
There is scope for ongoing work here, as looking to also develop client facing reports to be run on a monthly basis.

There is something I'm missing and it is: how many clients will be included in the report/dashboards? and, how many KPIs/metrics on average need to be shown per client?
