The output of this job is an excel file containing the following information: folder name, provincial, Nome, codice beneficiario, identificativo progetto, sotto azione, importo autorizzato, dirigente scolastico, telefono, fax, email, and PEC.
1. Download the file “Alternanza scuola-lavoro - Seconda edizione - Pubblicate le autorizzazioni” at the following link: http://www.istruzione.it/pon/avviso_alternanza_2ed.html
2. For each folder record the folder name
3. For each folder name, open all the files but consider only the ones which contains the tables called “Fondi Strutturali Europei Programmazione 2014-2020 PON per la Scuola - Competenze e Ambienti per l'apprendimento (FSE-FESR) Lista Beneficiari Progetti Autorizzati” on the blue background.
4. For every record of the table select only the ones which the coloumn sotto azione is 10.2.5b, 10.6.6B, and 10.6.6D
5. Record the Provincia, Nome, codice beneficiario, identificativo progetto, sotto azione, importo autorizzato
6. Copy the codice beneficiario and paste it in the search tab (ricerca rapida) at the following link: http://cercalatuascuola.istruzione.it/cercalatuascuola/
7. Click on the link under Istituto Principale and record the dirigente scolastico, telefono, fax, email, PEC.
As an initial stage, you will be required to provide a sample of 5 records to test your understanding of the quality of information for the job.
Your proposal will be selected on Thu 9th May and the results must be delivered before Tue 14th May at 12.00 UK time. The quality of the work will be approved on Tuesday afternoon and must rigorously include all contact details for all records in order to be approved and paid – no time extension will be allowed.
